If a cancellation happens after the allowed period, clients will he charged a percentage of the total fee, as this will be unable to fill. If a client doesn’t show up a booked appointment on the scheduled day, clients will be charged the full amount of the booking to cover the space as it will be almost impossible to fill.
All deposits are non refundable and will be rescheduled to another time and date with good timing of cancellation.
